Our team
Abraham, utilizes his extensive experience in the multifamily real estate industry, he has developed a specialization in creating and implementing value-add business plans, as well as acquisition due-diligence, hands-on oversight of properties, and general property management.
Keila is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation and success of residential and commercial properties. Specializing in optimizing asset performance, maintaining high tenant satisfaction, and overseeing day-to-day operations with efficiency and professionalism.
Christian specializes in creating financial models for potential assets, projecting returns based on various equity arrangements, and completing market research to validate model assumptions. Christian has a CPA designation and experience at Brookfield Asset Management.
Daniel consistently develops and executes business plans for managed assets. He is involved in all aspects of real estate management, from leasing to planning comprehensive capex programs. Daniel's unique industry experience allow significant cost savings over the lifespan of a project.
