Jeniffer is the Chief Controller at Artisan, and organizes and executes all aspects of the cash management process at the company, including all income to Artisan, payroll, managing operating costs, and payments to external parties. Jeniffer has been with Artisan since its inception in 2013.

As Chief Property Manager for Artisan, Daniel consistently develops and executes business plans for managed assets. He is involved in all aspects of real estate management, from leasing to planning comprehensive capex programs. Daniel's unique industry experience allow significant cost savings over the lifespan of a project.

Alex is Investment Analyst for Artisan Corporation, and is on track to obtain his CFA designation. Alex specializes in creating financial models for potential assets, projecting returns based on various equity arrangements, and completing market research to validate model assumptions.
